Important: Physical Plan Pickup

After your purchase, you will receive a call and/or email using the phone number and/or email address entered at checkout to schedule a specific pickup time and location. Pickup will normally be in the Kendall, Miami, Florida area near The Falls Mall.

All information must be completed before continuing. Only the second homeowner name and project owner email are optional.

Physical Plan Delivery

In-Person Pickup — No mailing charge Certified Mail with Tracking — $7.50

The mailing charge is optional because pickup is available. Applicable taxes are calculated separately.
